To answer to your question, you are right, every week you will learn a new theme and new technique. The idea here is to experiment and find out what suits you and then stick to that technique after the program is over. For instance, for me breathing technique works the best, then I would prefer loving and kindness technique, however mantra meditation technique didn’t work for me.

I was searching for something like that because I always have a difficult time to focus and actually do it as good as others. Thank you for this interesting post. I will definitely have a look at this meditation course. My methods of doing a meditation are a little unconventional or in other words, I have my own way of doing a meditation. I try to master my breathing and just focus on each breath I take.
