I feel like Module 2 is something that can help me grow. I have a lot of pre assumptions when I go to meetings and one to one with my team. After some self-reflection, I realized I have dismissed some of there ideas, good ideas, and then have to backtrack weakening my leadership.

Module 2 of the Inner MBA program will help you learn the nuances of deep listening with empathy and communicate with compassion. It is very easy to carry preconceived notions and biases with us in discussions with our co-workers. This often tends to hamper our communications. I wish you all the very best with this program ~ Stay Blessed 🙂

  5. Hello Satish,

Your article is very interesting. It is good to learn from industry professionals the techniques of personal growth, to counter emotions and to lead work groups. I have a question when you say that the program is 9 months is it fulfilling certain hours of the training, in case of spending less time, would this time be extended? And the payment is $50 a month or a single payment?

    • Hi Lisa,

I believe “age” is just a number and there is always so much to learn & explore whether you are in your early adult life or retirement. The fact that you have been constant learner all your life and someone who looks forward to upgrade her skills at retirement age speaks volumes about your attitude. This enthusiasm and keenness will definitely help you if you decide to enroll for this program.

Speaking about road-maps and skills, in this program you will learn some of the best practices taught by featured CEOs and business leaders. It is the first time that CEOs from some of the most socially innovative companies and spiritual teachers have come together for a ‘conscious business’ collaboration in the same space. The focus will be on using top wisdom based practices, tools to shape your business and grow it mindfully ~ Stay Blessed 🙂

    • Hi Samsam,

Yes in Module 2 you will learn how to listen deeply and communicate authentically. I believe these two (listening & communication) are extremely important when you are in any leadership role.

When you communicate authentically, you bring your whole self—your thoughts, feelings and experiences—with you. You show others that you respect yourself as well as them. When you’re honest and direct, people pay attention and hear you, which makes you feel more confident ~ Stay Blessed 🙂

  10. Hi Satish,

First, I love the layout of your site and the clean theme. Next, I love the term “Inner MBA”. I could use a course like this. I recently became a business owner, and now have to manage people. I love that to join, this program takes into account the fact that not everyone can afford it and is willing to give a partial scholarship. It sounds like I could benefit from Module 2 – learning to listen deeply and communicate authentically. One of the people I hired isn’t doing a great job, but because I’m too afraid to let her go, I keep her on. I’m thinking about taking your course. Thanks so much.

Thanks for your comment. As a business owner it is important for you to communicate authentically. These days a lot of entrepreneurs and young leaders are failing at having a conversation with an open mind. Majority of leaders are shadowed by there own experiences, opinions, decisions and are unable to connect with their co-workers. I wish you all the best with this program and “Yes” they are providing scholarships highly qualified candidates.
