How long do you think you can survive without air / oxygen?
An average person can comfortably hold the breath for 30 seconds before gasping for oxygen. If you are among those freaky free divers (which I am guessing you are not) then you can probably hold your breath underwater for 10 to 15 minutes, however on land it is difficult for a person to survive more than 3 minutes without air.
Just imagine, only 3 minutes and Game Over!
If you just reflect on this fact for sometime you will realize breathing is an extremely important element of our life. In fact, it is more important than food and water. However, most of us don’t even worry or stress about breathing – Isn’t it?
Have you ever thought like “What if, today there is not enough air to breathe”. Imagine if you are told every morning that you can take only 1000 breaths per hour the whole day? Isn’t that crazy!
By the way, do you know how many breaths you take each day?
An average adult would usually breathe about 12 – 20 times per minute that adds up to approximately 17,000 to 30,000 breaths per day. Since when are you living on this planet and how many breaths you have taken till now (Do the math yourself)
If you are surprised or aghast looking at this numbers then you are just like me and everyone else who have taken breathing for granted.
To be frank with you, till few years back I never paid attention to breathing throughout the day. I always thought that breathing is something that the body does automatically. However, after I started taking interest in meditation and started doing my daily practice, I realized how we breathe and the way in which we breathe affects our body. Its now that I understand that our breathing affects our state of mind, it tends to alter our heart rate, blood pressure, stress levels and overall health.
When I did further research to understand the correlation between our breath and body I found that there have been studies which have affirmed that the way we breathe affects our autonomic nervous system (ANS), fight-flight response, digestion, hormone production and sleep patterns.
It was during this time I came across a program which helped me understand the magical power behind breathing. This ultimate program is called “The Power of Breathing – A revolutionary Breathwork Audio Course“. I will share with you the details of this program but before that let me make you meet the man behind this program.
Meet The Creator
The man behind this revolutionary program is Mr. Bradley Thompson. He is the #1 self development author and has written over a dozen best-selling books on self development.
Bradley pioneered the popular Subliminal Power tool, currently used on over 1 million desktops throughout the globe. He also created the “5-part Encoding System” currently used on thousands of subliminal CDs.
Bradley often works in London and southern Scotland, in the UK – where he can regularly be found quoting Einstein’s words of wisdom: “Imagination is more important than knowledge.”
Bradley says that it is well known that most people do not breathe particularly well. This lack of breath awareness usually means that their respiratory functions are below the optimal level required for dynamic well-being.
Prolonged poor breathing technique can hamper health in the longer term, in particular those suffering from tension, stress and poor body postures tend to take weak shallow breaths.
Sitting hunched up in a chair or crouched over the desk for a long time, can also cause shallow ineffective breathing, when this happens mind, body and spirit are not gaining the energizing quality of air that is needed for optimum health and dynamic well-being.
Fortunately there something you can do right now to enhance the effectiveness of your respiration and it will only take a few minutes each day. The breath work course will change the way you breathe for the better. You will discover how to increase your breath awareness. You will learn the ancient health boosting art of conscious breathing. With regular breath work practice you can start experiencing wonderful wellness on all levels.
He goes on to list the following astounding benefits one can get from using this program over a course of a period:

Origin of Breathwork
Breath awareness and breathwork aren’t new phenomena’s. In the eastern world sages and yogis in particular have been practicing breathwork for many centuries with amazing results.
Not only did they find that the practice of breathwork improves the quality of oxygen circulating around the body they also discovered that it had a positive impact on all aspects of mind, body and spirit.
These sages realized that focusing on breathwork, apart from being deeply meditative was also restorative and empowering. They discovered physical and emotional health benefits but were also been keenly aware of the spiritual uplift brought about regular practice.
Buddhists and Jain monks 100s of year before the Common Era used breathwork as a divine ritual. Breathwork has always been a major element of martial arts and yogi practices. Here it is primarily used to summon the chi or prana which is the life force, the powerful energy within.
In all instances of breathwork practice, focusing on the breath, initiates a state of profound awareness and it’s in this awareness that you can harness the breath and the life force for optimum results. The course is beautifully simple but astounding in its impact.
How To Use The Breathwork Course
The power of breathing breathwork course is a series of three powerful audio sessions containing expertly guided breathing exercises. The course fundamentally draws upon the ancient practice of pranayama which is yoga term, it means exercise through deep breathing.
There are actually many breathing techniques associated with Yoga some more complex than others. The breathwork course is so easy and effective to use. In fact, you will be amazed that something so simple can have such a wonderful influence on the quality of your life.
The breathwork course provides three basic but potent breathing patterns. Each breathing pattern has four parts and a cycle it consists of:
- Breathing in,
- Holding the breath,
- Breathing out,
- Hold.
The length of each part within each cycle is governed by a ratio. A breathing pattern of 1 – 4 – 2 – 1 (for example) means that, you breathe in on a count of 1, then hold your breath for a count of 4, exhale as you count 2 and hold for a count of 1. This is one cycle of breath.
Fortunately, the breathing patterns have been pre-programmed in all the three sessions of the breathwork course, this makes the entire course completely effortless to follow. Each breathing cycle is prompted in the audio session so you do not necessarily have to keep count of breaths. You just need to slip your headphones and follow the breathing patterns as guided in all the three sessions. The breathing patterns programmed within the course are as follows:
- Level 1 – For Beginners (8 minutes): The breathing pattern ratio used is 1 – 1 – 2 – 0.
- Level 2 – For Intermediate (10 minutes): The breathing pattern ratio used is 1 – 2 – 2 – 0.
- Level 3 – For Advanced (15 minutes): The breathing pattern ratio used is 1 – 4 – 2 – 0.
The breathwork sessions derived from the yoga practice of pranayama is said to mean something on the line of lengthening the breath.
Level 1 helps you to start easily so that you can quickly grow and accustom to the demands of conscious breathing. Level 2 becomes just a little more challenging. Level 3 is slightly more advanced and is also the longest session at 15 minutes.
At first you may find the breathing pattern unusual and even challenging. In fact, it may take you several sessions before you feel at ease with the breath work technique but do not worry if you find that’s the case, this is completely natural.
Learning to breath consciously takes time to master. To help you feel at ease and become quickly accustom to breathwork it is important that you relax and work through the sessions calmly and quietly.
When you are ready to start the breathwork course find a comfortable place to sit, wear loose clothing so that you can breathe deeply without any restriction. You can keep your eyes open throughout the session but you may find closing them helps you to achieve greater focus.
As you begin to work through the session, breathe gently, don’t be forceful in the way you inhale or exhale. Although many practitioners advise to breath in and out through the nose however breathing in and out through the mouth is also acceptable. For some it easier to breathe in through the nose and breathe out through the mouth. Breathe in a way that is comfortable for you.
In each session breathe to the set pattern when prompted and return to relax breathing in between. After a while the breathing techniques will feel more natural as you become accustom to the pattern and cycles.
Although breath work benefits most people, it is advisable to seek medical advice before starting the course, if you have a respiratory condition or are prone to hyperventilating (this is purely as a precaution).
Remember as you become conscious of your breath and follow the rhythm of the breathing exercises you will start to feel more aware and energized. Use this time to focus on the wonderful and inspiring changes that you want in your life.

What Is The Best Time To Practice Breathwork
Ideally try to practice breathwork every day. Make space within your daily routine at least 10 to 15 minutes to practice at least one session. Choose the best time for you.
Some people start the day with breathwork, they find that it makes them feel more dynamic and sets them up for the day. Some prefer an evening session as it helps them unwind after a stressful day. There are of course many who top up their daily breathwork session at various times of the day to suit their needs. Some find that practicing breathwork during the heightened moment of stress help them restore harmony.
What’s important is that you practice breathwork regularly. After a while you will notice a wonderful change of how you feel during and after breathwork session. The changes might be subtle at first or even quite profound. Recognize that you are an individual and each individual will respond to the course at different rates. Just remember that the more consistent you are at breathwork practice, the more likely you will achieve a wide range of benefits.
Now that you know about breathwork and its profound benefits, I suggest you work through Level 1 right now. It will take you less than 10 minutes and the sooner you start sooner you will experience the benefits. Remember, breathe gently, take your time and become familiarized with the breathing pattern used in the session. Once you are comfortable with Level 1 perhaps after a week or two work through Level 2 and then Level 3 at a pace that suits you.
Start off with Level 1 for at least a week, just to get accustomed to breathwork, listening at least once a day. Then shift to Level 2 when you feel comfortable and then on to Level 3 when you feel ready. Take your time, sitting Level 3 is the ultimate goal but can take some practice to achieve comfortably. After a short while breathwork will feel completely natural, you will start noticing the powerful life changing benefits in on time at all.
How Much Does This Program Cost
The entire package of progressive three-level guided breathing system will cost you one-time price of only $37. At this price you can afford a good meal for your family. It is available at highly discounted price and if you can afford a meal, then I am sure you don’t mind investing in yourself.
Please note as I write this post, this course is available at this price. In future the price may change. Here comes the best part – The entire course comes with a 100% money-back guarantee. Try it out for a whole month. If you’re not satisfied, return it – they will refund every cent you paid. Isn’t that GREAT!
Final Thoughts
Day and night we automatically inhale and exhale without much thought or effort. When you think about it, the human body is really a wonderful creation. Most people only became aware of their breathing at certain times in their life, you are probably conscious of your breathing when you are out of breath from participating in an exercise or when you have to hold or count your breath or sadly if you are struggling for breath as result of asthma or any other debilitating conditions otherwise most of us pay little attention to breathing process.
The practice of breathwork is highly beneficial for achieving optimal health but you can also gain in other often unexpected profound ways. In fact breathwork is one of the best life enhancing practices around today. Practice breathwork and you start to feel restful and calm within moments. The effects are immediate & you feel absolutely amazing.
Breathwork practice enhances the automatic function of inhalation and exhalation. By bringing conscious attention to your breathing on a regular basis you improve the quality of respiration, this brings about enhanced oxygen levels in the lungs and more efficient circulation of oxygen throughout the body in turn this vastly improves the body’s internal functioning & external performance.
Now it is your turn, go ahead and get started with breathwork today and enjoy the amazing benefits INSTANTLY!. I wish you all the very best with program, feel free to post your questions or concerns in the comments below.

Hi Satish,
As true as it sounds, I agree with all the benefits that there is to gain plus even more. The concentration of the mind is among the hardest action to take but also the most beneficial. Just like bitter pills cures, sitting in schools for years get us a degree, and losing money through trials and errors to build a business empire are all painful but beneficial so is meditation. The best way to start a meditation practice is to understand the power of breathing, I encourage people to try it. It’s just 15 min out of 24 hours a day that we have.
Thank you!
Hi Coach,
I concur with your views. A regular practice of breathwork improves oxygen levels in our body which in turn helps in achieving optimal health ~ Stay Blessed 🙂

Hi Satish,
This serves as a reminder I should be meditating more. I know I shouldn’t make excuses, but I’m trying to create a website, start a small business, and work a full-time plus call job. Excuses excuses. I don’t know why something as easy as breathing is so difficult to consciously take the time to do. This course seems to great starting point for me…Thanks.
Hi Teresa,
I am glad to notice the self-realization you have regarding your excuses. There was a time, even I used procrastinate meditation by giving excuses, but once I knew and experienced the benefits of meditation / breathing exercise then there is no looking back. It is important you “prioritize” what you want in life and then go after it. I wish you all the best with this course ~ Stay Blessed 🙂
Hi Satish,
Wow! This is really interesting. I am not even going to do the math of how many breaths I have had in my lifetime, lol. It’s going to be in the billions 😉
I have been reading other articles about the importance of breathing and that many people do not breathe properly. I do not know much about breathing techniques, but when I feel stressed or overwhelmed I stop and take five deep breaths, in and out, concentrating on my breathing, and it always helps to calm me down.
This course looks great, and what caught my attention is that right breathing can even help solve emotional turmoil and improve sleeping. It’s worth looking into, and the price is really good.
Hi Christine,
