Nonviolent Communication Online Training Course - Dr. Marshall Rosenberg

Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, PhD (1934–2015), was a psychologist who came up with Nonviolent Communication. He spent 40 years helping people solve fights in families, schools, businesses, and governments. He also saw a lot of racial fights when he was young and in the 1960s. At first, he was known as a psychologist, but later he became famous for spreading Nonviolent Communication to many countries. Even though he’s gone now, his teachings live on in this training course he made himself.

About The Program

The course is designed to help you not just learn about Nonviolent Communication, but also to make it a natural part of how you interact with others. It starts by teaching you to be kinder to yourself, so you can later treat others the same way.

Gradually, you’ll find yourself less likely to judge others. You’ll start noticing your feelings of shame, guilt, anger, or sadness, and understand the needs behind them. This awareness will help you handle conflicts better and treat everyone with care, leaving them feeling better instead of hurt.

As you progress, what you learn in this course will stay with you for life. It will give you the strength to handle conflicts peacefully with everyone you encounter.
